2. Treatment Bookings

​

Booking Fee & Deposits

A non-refundable booking fee or deposit may be required when booking a treatment. This secures your appointment date and time and will be deducted from the total treatment cost.

Appointment Changes

Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours' notice without loss of deposit.

Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice may result in the loss of the deposit or treatment session.

Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrival may result in reduced treatment time or cancellation of the appointment without refund.

No Shows

Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without notice may result in a charge and future bookings requiring full payment in advance.

3. Treatment Suitability

All clients must complete a consultation prior to treatment.

We reserve the right to refuse treatment if:

• The treatment is deemed unsuitable.

• Medical contraindications are present.

• The treatment may not be in the client's best interests.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate medical information and notifying us of any changes to their health, medications, allergies, pregnancy, or breastfeeding status.

Clients must be 18 years of age or older unless accompanied by a parent or guardian and where treatment is legally permitted.

4. Patch Test Policy

​

Certain treatments and products require a patch test before treatment can be performed.

Patch testing is carried out to help identify potential allergic reactions or sensitivities to products used during treatment.

Patch tests must be completed at least 24–48 hours before the scheduled treatment, unless otherwise advised.

Treatments that may require a patch test include, but are not limited to:

• Eyelash extensions
• Eyelash lifting (LVL)
• Eyebrow tinting
• Brow lamination
• Facial treatments using active ingredients
• Semi-permanent makeup
• Any treatment involving adhesives, dyes, pigments, or chemical solutions

It is the client's responsibility to attend their patch test appointment where required.

If a patch test is not completed, we reserve the right to refuse treatment and any booking fee, deposit, or treatment session may be forfeited.

A successful patch test does not guarantee that an allergic reaction will not occur in the future, as sensitivities and allergies can develop over time.

Clients must immediately inform us of any adverse reaction following a patch test.

Failure to disclose allergies, medical conditions, medications, pregnancy, breastfeeding status, or any other relevant health information may affect treatment suitability, treatment outcomes, and client safety.

 

5. Treatment Results

Results vary from person to person and cannot be guaranteed.

Treatment outcomes may be influenced by factors including:

• Skin type

• Lifestyle

• Medical history

• Age

• Aftercare compliance

Photographs displayed on this website and social media represent genuine client results but should not be considered a guarantee of identical outcomes.

7. Online Shop Orders

Order Acceptance

An order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract is formed only when your order has been dispatched.

Pricing

All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel orders affected by obvious pricing mistakes.

 

8. Shipping & Delivery

Risk in products passes to the customer upon delivery.

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened, used, or tampered products cannot be returned unless faulty.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs and order details.

Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

Eligible returns must be requested within 14 days of receipt and returned unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

10. Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Gift vouchers must be presented at the time of redemption and are valid for the period stated on the voucher.

Lost or stolen vouchers cannot be replaced.
