Your Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

Change of Mind Returns

If you purchase from our website, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving a reason.

To exercise your right to cancel, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order. Once you have notified us, you have a further 14 days to return the goods.

To qualify for a refund:

The product must be unused and in a resaleable condition.
The product should be returned in its original packaging where possible.
Proof of purchase is required.

For hygiene, safety, and product integrity reasons, we reserve the right to reduce the refund amount if the goods have been handled beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and function.

Opened or Used UV Glue

Due to the nature of UV-curing adhesives, we cannot accept returns of products that have been substantially used, contaminated, altered, or damaged after delivery unless they are faulty.

If a UV glue product has been opened solely for inspection and remains unused and in resaleable condition, you may still be eligible for a refund in accordance with your statutory rights.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

Please provide:

- Your order number

- A description of the issue

- Photographs of the product and packaging where applicable

If the product is confirmed to be faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied, we will offer a replacement, repair, or full refund in accordance with your statutory rights.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the outcome.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or evidence that they have been returned.

Any standard delivery charges paid at the time of purchase will also be refunded where required by law.

Return Shipping Costs

For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the goods unless otherwise stated.

If the item is faulty, damaged, or supplied in error, we will reimburse reasonable return postage costs or provide a prepaid return method.
